Vocational Trainer/Supervisor

Monitor and control quality assurance requirements (certification of employees, materials, etc.) to meet establish criteria as defined by the customers. 

Develop, delegate, and direct assignments and responsibility with commensurate authority relative to organizational tasks. 

Work closely with other departments to establish the common understanding of the quality assurance functions and their operations. 

Establish product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures. 

Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. 

Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. 

Obtain and maintain AS9100 Certification.

Schedule and coordinate annual internal audit of key processes.

Education required: Bachelor's degree in applied science or engineering or equal experience in Quality Assurance for consumer product manufacturer.
