- This job requires a person who is self-motivated and accountable
- Employees are responsible for the cooking, cleaning, medication passing, monitoring and documentation of clients suffering from behavioral health issues.
- Full time employees are eligible for health insurance with Progress paying 100% of monthly premium (up to family plan). 
- Full time employees begin to accrue paid vacation and sick time on the first 40 hour work week.
