What We Do
At Progress Enterprises Inc., we are dedicated to helping people help themselves. Our team is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) is a short term facility for those struggling with thoughts of self-harm, those wanting to have a safe place to withdraw from alcohol, or those who do not feel safe in their home.
All referrals to this program are done through your local human service center. Please call 211 to get help.

We currently operate a 15 bed CSU in Jamestown and are looking to open a 10 bed facility in Devils Lake.
